A Matter of Balance

MANAGING CONCERNS ABOUT FALLS

Matter of Balance is an evidence-based program that will help older adults reduce the fear of falling by setting goals to increase activity levels, encouraging small changes to reduce fall risks at home, and teaching exercises to increase strength and balance. Sessions include classroom instruction and some exercises. Classroom materials are included.

Registration is FREE. Participants must be able to commit to attending all eight classes.

Registration for the Spring Matter of Balance class is now closed. Please check back for upcoming classes.
