Cindy Eubank
Cindy Eubank, age 73
Cindy spent her career as a teacher for Deaf and hard-of-hearing middle school students in Kansas City. After she retired in 2008, she redirected her talents to being an active volunteer, including volunteering for the past 17 years at KC Hospice House, which she says she finds “deep fulfillment in supporting patients and their families.” She recently has also become a volunteer for KCSC’s Meals on Wheels program, where she says, “I hope to contribute for many years to come.” The clients at Meals on Wheels are incredibly sweet and appreciative.” Cindy and her husband Steve have been married for 44 years and have three children and seven grandchildren. In her leisure time, she enjoys gardening, reading, and taking road trips with Steve to explore new places.
