Nancy Northcutt Coil Lear, 77
Nancy is an attorney who has given of her time and talents all her life. From as early as being a counselor at her Girl Scout Camp in mid-Missouri to her current role and secretary of the Board of Directors of Della Lamb Social Services, Nancy has been a valuable and hard-working volunteer. She also currently serves as an elder in her church, chair of the church’s Endowment Trustees and a member of the chancel choir. She previously served on the church’s Congregational Board and led/participated in service-learning trips to South Africa, Nicaragua, India, Ecuador and Sicily. She also has served on her denomination’s national boards for Global Ministries and the National Benevolent Association. At Della Lamb, she helped organize a food pantry, headed and recruited volunteers for Operation Holidays and performed volunteer tasks from painting classrooms to collecting furniture and clothing for refugees. Her nominator says, “Nancy’s leadership inspires others; her hard work makes sure the job is done.”
